Shaun Mugridge began his plumbing career whilst still at secondary school, helping Don at weekends and school holidays. After leaving school, he went to Crawley College where he qualified as a Plumbing & Heating engineer.

Shaun has worked in all domestic fields of the plumbing & heating industry, from leadwork on a roof, to below ground drainage. Shaun is an OFTEC and Gas Safe Engineer.

Alex Ross joined D&S Mugridge as an apprentice  after working in the construction industry,and qualified as a Gas Safe Heating Engineer in 2013.  Alex has a good eye for detail and is experienced in luxury bathroom and wetroom installations as well as boiler installations.

Tom Smith also joined us as an apprentice and qualified as a plumbing & gas engineer. Tom has gained an all round knowledge of plumbing and heating during his time with us and is experienced at Boiler Installations and Complex Heating systems.

Matt Saunders began his apprenticeship with D&S Mugridge in 2016 and will begin his Gas course in September 2017. Matt has bags of enthusiasm and is a great asset to the team. Matt lives in Forest Row and enjoys fishing, golf and socialising with friends and family.
